Morning Ladies,

Had a nice Thanksgiving weekend, but now I'm dang tired. The girls had a great time with their cousins. Got in a workout on Thanksgiving, and a run in at the hotel. That was about all I managed to do. :D Today was the 2nd week of Meso 3, so Disc 28 Chest & Back is finished.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! :D

Good Morning,

Today I did BM2 and a mile walk with the dog. Tomorrow I start my new job at the preschool.

When do you guys think I should workout? The mornings get pretty hectic with 5 people taking showers, only one bathroom. Should I just get up around 4:30? Should I exercise after work at 3:30 right as the kids are getting home. I know with DD17 work I'll run into problems in that area but I don't know if I can get up that early. Tell me how you do it.

Laurie, glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend. My kids got to visit their cousins also. They had a blast. Nice job getting in workouts. I didn't do anything for four days, and I ate whatever I wanted. How are you liking meso 3, especially the plyo workouts?

Hi everyone else. Have a great day.

Hi gang! I am about to jump on elliptical for 50mn Extreme Heart Rate workout and then do some pilates. The weekend was fun but flew by!

Karen, congrats again on the new job!:D I wake up at 4:45 to walk Ruby or get in a run, then in the afternoon (about 4:00), depending on my morning exercise I do my "real" workout. I would say to try and get it in around 4ish? After the kids have gotten home and said "Hi"! It's hard to say when everyone's schedule is so hectic! You'll figure out what works best for you and your schedule. It will take some time though!

Laura, glad you enjoyed your Thanskgiving! Time to get back on track for me!

See you tomorrow! Susan

Had a great thanksgiving. Got in a football game with the nieces and nephews and a short run. Fri did ME with bodyrock tv HIIT between segments. My gymboss worked great on that one. Today did IMAX 3.

Karen, congrats on the job. I get up early (4.45) to get my workout in. Occasionally I will wait til after school, but with getting supper, school work, etc, I really don´t like to do that. When all 3 of my kids were home, after school was just about impossible. But the early morning thing may take a while to get used to ;)

Hi everyone!

Morning BB's,

Today was 4DS Kickboxing cardio only (used weighted gloves), and a 3 mile run on the treadmill.

Karen, Congrats on the new job, bet you will have a great time working with the children. I get up at 4:30 and get myself a banana and load up on as much water as I can handle. Then I take the dog for a walk. After that I get in my workout, because when I get home I have to make dinner, or I have some running around to do (like tonight). It does take some adjustment getting up that early, but I think you may find it easier to get the workout done and checked off! :D I have done the 9pm workout schedule also, but that one was hard to keep doing. :( But it seemed to be the only time I could get my workout done.

Susan, Isn't it amazing how those holidays just fly by! Did you see that beautiful moon this morning, it was almost as bright as the sun!

Lala, Glad that gymboss is working for that type of workout, I'm very interested in getting that. Did you manage to get it working for running though, because that is one thing that I really would like to use it for. I don't want to have to look at my watch so much. Seems to throw off my stride.

Have a great day!

Hi ladies! Today was a 3.5 mile run and pilates power sculpting. I wrote myself up a "25 Days til Christmas Rotation". Working out everyday until the 25th!

Laurie, I did see that bright moon and thought it was so pretty!

Lala, glad you had such a nice weekend!

Karen, hope you enjoyed your first day at work! I personally find it hard to get my entire workout in in the morning so I tend to split them up.

Hi Sue!!

Well I got to go do that pilates! Have a great night!

Susan

Hi gals,

Today I got in a walk with the dog in the woods at lunch and after work I ran 3 miles to CC3. Didn't finish the whole workout because it was to dark. I am going to workout out in the morning from now on. It is really hard to get a workout in when the kids get home. The living room is the only room to workout in and all 6 kids are in it too. Tomorrow 4:30. We shall see.

Susan, did you run outside? What kind of rotation are you doing until the 25th. I don't think I could split up my workouts like you do. It is so hard to get going once a day.

Laurie, nice workout today. What time do you have to be at work. You have time to walk the dog and get in your exercise:cool: What time do you go to bed at night?

Lala, your workout with Rock tv sounds interesting. I think I will try that one. You are one tough lady to do that at 4:45 in the morning.

Have a good day. I am off to get supper and watch BL.

Talk tomorrow. Oh, I like my job alot.

Today was GS C&T.I'm doing Cathe's Nov. rotation, but don't have the PH series.

Karen, the bodyrock tv workout was on a Saturday, so it wasn't at 4:30 ;)
Hope the job is going well!

Susan, that is a good idea! I think I have plans to workout through the New Year and then take my week break the first week back at school!

Laurie, I like your workout from today! I'll probably try that gymboss with running again this weekend. Hope it was user error!

Hey Karen, glad you like the new job! I basically looked at my calendar for the month and wrote what I knew I could fit in on a given day. Some days it's just a run, some days it's a 2 hour kick butt workout. Depends on what's happening really. I just want to make sure I do something everyday!! Oh, yes, I did run outside today! I am feeling so much stronger at each run!:p

Hi Lala!! I am looking forward to Christmas day! I did actually write in a run that day, before the kids wake up!:D

Take care and good night- Susan

Morning BB's,

Disc 29 Plyo Legs is finished, and another good plyo workout. ;)

Susan, What a great name for your rotation, I like it. :D Bright moon again this morning, it sure is nice to have that little bit more light to see by. Yesterday after work I had to stand in the ditch, because it was getting toward dusk and I don't think any of the drivers could see me. I can't wait for the days to start getting longer again.

Karen, I get to work at 8am, so by the time I walk the dog and get ready for my workout I can have an hour to 1-1/2 hours to get a workout in. Maybe Cami will give me even more time when she doesn't have to stop to sniff so much! :D I'm usually in bed between 9 and 10pm. I have to get those CC's going, because those would be perfect to run those in the early morning. Well that would be until I can get a gymboss!

Lala, I'm crossing my fingers that all the bugs are worked out, and your able to run with the gymboss! :D Your my test subject! :D Did you get the pink one? I think I need the pink gymboss! :D  I LOVE pink!

Have a great day!

Hey gang! Today is BFBM and ball work from PLB.

I think I am going to try to get my workouts done in the morning, at least for this month. It means I'd have to get moving a tad earlier but it might be doable. I was thinking about it while walking Ruby this morning. If I get out the door a bit sooner I'd have an hour to workout before getting the kids up for school... Tomorrow will be the start!

Laurie, the moon was nice here, bit it had a cloudy cast around it, kind of a spooky moon!:) I love being out int he early hours before everyone else!

Have a great day ladies- Susan

Hey there! Woke early and ran 4 miles with Ruby. She did great and I got in a really good run. I also did Pilates on the Go. I have carpet cleaners coming today after work so I have been busy moving stuff and picking stuff up and vacuuming ever little thing up!

Karen, how is the new job?

Hi Sue! Hope all is well in your world!

Hi lala!

Hey Laurie, Ruby has really cut down on her sniffing around when we run. She really enjoys just running - and then sleeping the rest of the day!

Take care- Susan

Morning Ladies,

This morning was KCM's 30MTF Kickboxing #2 (with weighted gloves), and a 3 mile run on the tm.

Susan, How nice to have those carpets clean for Christmas. We have been "thinking" of doing that for the last couple of months. I have been contemplating getting the dog to run with me again. ;) I'm going to be starting a running program called Gateway to 8k, which is all running intervals. I find that I enjoy running intervals over straight running, and Cami seems to enjoy them more too. :D

Hope everyone is doing great!

Hi,

Yesterday I did MIS at lunch and today I did BFBM early this morning. Don't think I can get up that early and workout. Don't seem to have time after work either. Ended up just making it back to work on time doing it during lunchbreak. The problem for mornings is we have one bathroom and 8 people trying to shower etc. If I want to exercise and take a shower before work, I am looking at 4:00 and I don't really sleep well so I am thinking that is not an option.

I like the job a lot. The teacher I work with is great and the kids are sweethearts.

Laurie, you are sure getting a lot of cardio in on your cardio days. Where do you find info. on your running program?

Susan, nice job on your run. It is not light enough around the area I live in to see anything running. Glad you are feeling better with your running.

Hi to the rest of you BB's.

Have a great day.

Hi, ladies! Quick checkin to say hi before leaving work.

Karen - Lunchtime workouts sound like they work the best. Maybe some nights aren't so hectic and you can get something extra in if you feel you need it.

Hi, Lala, Laurie and Susan!

Did Jay's Bootcamp Legs on Exercise TV on Demand yesterday. It's only 16 min. so I did it twice. BIG MISTAKE! I am so SORE today it hurts to walk. Great workout though. Hope to do cardio tonight. Should be okay with the soreness. Once I get moving I'm okay - it's just sitting down and getting up.

Morning BB's,

Disc 30 Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps is done. :D I would like to get in a 3 mile run after work, will probably be on the TM since our roads are slippery right now. Tomorrow will be KCM's 30MTF Bootcamp #2 and Ab Circuit Stability Ball. Sunday I start the GW28K running. It is only 3 days a week, like the Couch to 5K program I am trying to finish up today. :D

Karen, I did get my information from a place called runningsource.net, and that site appears to still be there, but the page doesn't load. Here is a web page that has the podrunner intervals for the program. There is a link to the program with the bpm's and interval times printed out. The only problem I have with the podrunner music for this is the techno beat. I have not tried it yet, so don't know if it will be ok to listen to or not. It is free though. http://www.djsteveboy.com/gw28k.html There are also training plans for Couch to 5K and Freeway to 10k on this site. It will take a while to figure out how you can get your exercise in, and it does appears the afternoon is turning out to be a good time. Sounds like you have to time this perfectly though. ;)

Susan, Good that you had a chance to drop by! I was looking at those Jay's Bootcamp workouts. Why do I need more DVD's. These people need to stop making all these good looking workouts.

I forgot to tell you all that DH is doing workouts. Granted he is starting with Tony's 10 minute Trainers, but he is working out for the first time since he had phy'ed in school. I'm proud of him for getting started.

Have a great day!

Lori - I must warn you about the Jay's Bootcamp Legs (at least the version on Exercise TV) that I had to go back and rewind for the curtsey lunges. The basic format is to do the exercise 5 times (actually 10 times the way they count) and then do as many as you can for 30 seconds on your own. I expected to do 30 seconds on each leg for the curtsey lunges when I was supposed to alternate legs so had to rewind and do the other leg! It's still a good workout though. Still hurting today. Ow!

Hi ladies! Today is Bootcamp for me. Tomorrow is a 4.5 mile run and pilates, followed by running a lot of errands! Sunday is the elliptical and PLB ball work.

Laurie, I'll have to look at that program you're starting. I actually prefer to run outside in the winter than in the Summer. Strange....

Sue, hope your legs feel better soon!

Hi Karen!

Hi Lala!

Good Saturday Morning,

I'm on line this morning, so thought I would say hi! Didn't get that run in last night, because we went out to eat. We celebrated our friends new job. So happy for her. We went to Champs, and I was a good girl and got the baked cod. It was very good. This morning I did get that 3 mile run done, even in the cold. Our roads are still very slippery around here, so I was avoiding those places. :D Still plan on getting Ab Circuit Stability Ball in, and tomorrow is another run.

Hope you all have a great weekend.
