Morning BB's,
Disc 25 Chest & Back is finished. Would like to get in a short 20-30 min. cardio workout after work. Yesterday was so beautiful, and I got in a short run. I think I may have been a little dehidrated, so the run wasn't my best!
Saturday I did get the Knockout Body workout done, and I went all out on that one. Good low impact workout.
Short week for me, I only have to work Mon. thru Wed.
Karen, I think I'm going to pass on the kettlebells, I just don't need anymore equipment. Maybe if I get a bigger workout space.
Lala, How many days are you at school this week? Or do they shut down this whole week for hunting? Have you tried out that gymboss?
Susan, I'm surprised that I have gotten this far with these workouts. I think that STS is her best strength workouts. I don't know how she would top them.
