Morning BB's,
This morning was Barry's Bootcamp Upper, Missions Specialist Advanced Upper & Abs. I went all out on the circuit training workout, and my HR was in my upper target HR almost the whole workout. This could almost be considered Hiit. Yesterday I got in W8D1 of GW28K on the tm, because that rain was just coming down way to hard to run outdoors.
Measurements from 30 Day Slimdown:
Waist: -1/4"
Hips: -3/4"
Thighs: No Change
Calves: No Change
Chest: -1/2"
Weight: -1/2 lb
Overall I'm well pleased with this 30 day experiment. The first three weeks of this rotation, I don't think that I was giving myself enough calories. The last week I increased the calories, and I think that is where the 1/4" in the waist came from.
