Okay,

I've heard and read about a lot of people buying bun and thigh rockers, but do you actually use it regularly, how do you like it, and is it easy to store? I would appreciate input from anyone who has one. I'm thinking about "taking the plunge";-) Thank you!!!!

Denise

I use mine twice a week, REALLY like it. I have ditched free weights entirely BUT, you must understand that my legs do not respond well to free weight workouts. It was well worth the money. It does not take up a lot of space and folds down for storage.

Hi Honeybuch,

Thanks for the reply. Can you explain to me the rubber band system it uses? For instance, is a certain size rubberband equal to a certain poundage, etc.? Thank you.

Denise

I'm not Honeybunch, but I "took the plunge" based on her recommendation and I'm very grateful to her. This little device really works.

It comes with 3 different sets of bands. One set equals 25 lbs of pressure ea. and one set equals 10 lbs. Another set also equals 10 lbs. but is more stretchy and is used for cardio workouts.

You can use more than one set at a time. It's kind of like a leg press machine, except you rock back causing the rubber bands to stretch. HTH

Another HAPPY "rocker" here! Also, wanted to add that you can add weight by holding dumbbells. Or, I add weight by just putting weight plates on the handle bars. The plates need to have the 2" holes to fit. I have been quite happy with the 3 sets of bands I have as far as resistance goes. I have the 10's, 25's and the blue 10# cardio bands. I have not felt the need to buy more at this point. Let us know what you decide Denise! :7
