BTR - no soreness

Hi guys!

I recently started using my bun n thigh rocker. Problem is, I have not been sore after. Before I go ahead and buy more weight, I wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions.

I have the 2 25lb and 2 5lb bands on it. Then, I put an additional 15lb dumbell in my lap. The reps were pretty easy except for the one-legged squats. Is there a way to place dumbells on the machine? Or do I need to buy more resistance? I am pretty sure that I am doing it right but ya never know!!

You may not have to to add more weight - I used 140 lbs of resistance with just the bands for a long time until I got enough 25 pounders to make it 150 total, and just gave each move my all. Really concentrate on each move. If you have the Leaner Legs tape, try doing that while you're on the btr. Those low ends will make you feel it!

Hi Cathy!

I just discovered today that I have weight plates (the ones that fit on barbells) that have 2" holes! They fit onto the bar perfect! These might be a consideration if you already have them or you might be able to find/buy them cheaper then ordering extra bands. Just a thought.
