Anyone ever try this? I currently have 3 separate VHS tapes, but our work out room is now DVD. I just did a search and found that this is on Amazon $14.98 on DVD which includes all three work outs. Before I buy the DVD, I was just wondering if you have someone better/like Bryan Kest? These work outs are pretty intense, even the first one. I really like these Yoga tapes. Just wondering who else is out there.

Thanks, Dallas

I love this set the series are shot so beautifuly. I think they are all hard, 2 especially. This is an amazing collection. Buy it.

I agree with the others that this is a fantastic buy...just got it myself...and am loving it. I don't think you can go wrong...especially since you already know the practice...I'd get it! :)

I really love this series. This great price is really tempting me to upgrade my set to DVD.

I also really like Eoin Finn's "Power Yoga for Happiness" ($20). The full workout is about 80 minutes long, but the DVD has several premixes that are as short as 30 minutes. His style is a little more playful than Brian Kest's and he' very likeable. The workout is challenging.

You HAD to tell me about this! Now I have to mosey on over to Amazon and buy the DVD. I promised myself I wouldn't cave to anymore purchases until my birthday in August. I have the 3 VHS tapes, but I love the DVD format so much better.

Thanks a lot!;)

I've got this DVD. I've only done the first workout. It's pretty long, so I only get it in once a week. I like it very much.

Gayle...I have to agree with you...I LOVE Power Yoga for Happiness...it might be my favorite yoga DVD...I agree with the others who said Bryan is some "eye candy" in his Power Yoga DVD though. :)
