Bryan Kest or Rodney Yee?

Amy...yeah, they're free!! Can you believe it? He's such a sweetie!! Go to his site, at www.vancouveryoga.com The quickie one is 30 minutes, Magically Hips is about 55 minutes, and I'm not sure about Yoga Honey, because I haven't done it yet, but believe it's about an hour! Also think there's another one on there about 40 minutes. :) I downloaded them and burned them to CD...but if you have an Ipod (which I really want now, lol) you could upload them to that as well. :)

RE: Bryan's dvd's

Not a dumb question at all!! :) Yep, you can choose which workout you want to do, and in any order you want. :)

RE: Bryan's dvd's

thanks, terry....i've never ordered from deep discounts, but boy...they do have some great prices! may have to try them out! thanks so much! :D

>(they're free!)...I did this with 3 of them, his "Quickie",

Thanks for the reminder! I know about these downloads from VF, but I've never gotten around to downloading them. I think I'll do it this weekend. Do you have Baron Baptiste's "Putting Postures to Your Prayers" CD? It's excellent. He holds the poses for a long time and it's a nice change to follow audio cues only. (He's another chatty one, though!)

I have a couple of Baron's DVD's but no CD's...I'll have to check this one out...I DO like him too, but, yeah, you're right, he can be a bit chatty! lol...Is this one at Amazon? Thanks for the tip! :)

Terry ~ Thanks for the tip! Can I download that guy from the intro to my iPod? LOL!}( Who is that? Eoin Finn? I may have to put my favorite Bryan Kest on the back burner! Hee Hee!

I'll have to get the DVD too, if there is one? I just have to see this guy and not just hear him while doing the practice!

If anyone is interested in trying the Bryan Kest's videos (energize, tone, sweat), you are welcome to my VHS copies.

Bryan Kest is Eye Candy and his workouts are very challenging. I have even had some DOMS when I have used them. I just don't have time to do them. I'm a cardio & weights freak, I know. But if I ever worked just part-time or retired, I would definitely incorporate his workouts. His 3 tape workout series is an awesome series.

Thanks for all of the input. I am going with Bryan Kest this time around.... if I like the type of workout, I might try Rodney, too.
