Breast after Breastfeeding

I breastfed both of my children who are now 9 and 6. This is something I advise every mother to do. I breastfed my daughter until she was 21 mths and my son until he was 4mths. I had considerable more milk supply w/ my daughter then my son. After my milk dried up, my breast were not toned like they were before I breastfed. Is there any way to get them back to the way they were before I started breatfeeding? Is there any type of excercise I can do?

Re: Breasts and Breastfeeding

What you are describing is unfortunately normal for some women after being pregnant. Also, as we age they tend to "go south" as well. There is really no "natural" way to get them as they were before your pregnancies. However, you can fill in the underlying muscle with resistance training for your chest, so continue your bench presses, flyes, etc. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Sheila. I will continue to do my chest excercises.
