Breakfast Shakes

I was wondering if anyone makes a protein shake for their breakfast-- if so, can you share your recipes?? I'm looking for something quick and nutritious to start my day.

This is one I make for myself and really enjoy...

1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/4 frozen pineapple
1/4 frozen mango
1 scoop SPIRU-TEIN vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of water

I make my husband one in the morning and just mix the following in a blender: Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl protein shake by SPIRU-TEIN with 1/2 of a banana, 1 cup of milk and some crushed ice.
 
I use Vitamin World's Protopure (50 grams protein per packet) and use half the package with 1 cup skim milk. For different flavors I have added:

- powdered baking chocolate
- fresh or frozen berries
- peanut butter
- pinch of nutmeg & cinnamon

On a heavy weight training day, I make the entire package with 2 cups of skim milk and take half of it for an afternoon mini meal at work.

Vitamin World sell boxes of 20 packets and I usually pick them up on their sale days--the first Monday/Tuesday of the month. In fact, I picked it up yesterday after work! (Price came in at under $30.)
