I have BBL but I haven't used it in weeks. The workouts are easier than Cathe's workouts.
More detail: The cardio is especially easy in BBL, and short and very dancy. His "signature" workout, called "Bum Bum", is sort of a cardio/lower body sculpting fusion workout. It's good and fun, but on the short side and I'd describe it as intermediate in difficulty. The lower body workout ("High and Tight") and the total body workout ("Sculpt") are decent workouts, but again I'd classify them as intermediate, and easier than comparable Cathe workouts, like Butts & Guts or Legs & Glutes for lower body, or Muscle Max for total body. I like BBL's ab routine ("Tummy Tuck") but again I haven't gotten around to it in weeks, I'll probably put it in rotation soon for some variety.
