Hi Everyone,

I did a long workout today. It was MH total body/upper body workouts for about 1 hour + 10 minute medicine ball abs (got a MB for Christmas) and added in my own stretch.

Have a wonderfully leisurely day everyone.
 
Didn't see this yesterday. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of weight work using plates and some floorwork.
