DH bought be one years ago when I was in a, "I need it to get in shape" mode. It's been gathering dust for the last few years, but I have been thinking about bringing it out more and more, especially for back/lat work now that I have been working out on a consistent basis for 3 years! Now I just need to put it somewhere..... (oh, and to answer your question about fitting it in with Cathe...I don't do Cathe weights anymore, I lift on my own, but much heavier)
