bowflex dumbbells

I just ordered the bowflex select tech dumbbells. I'm sooooo excited and can't wait to get them. right now i have "the block" dumbbells. however they clank a lot and my fiance' is always complaining about this since i workout at 5a.m. I got the 5-52.5lbs. just thought i'd share

I also have them. They are awesome, take up little space, and my DH uses them! We did get the stand, which keeps the area nice and clutter free

How much did you pay for them. I am looking into buying a set and those seem to be the ones that take up the least space. I was thinking I will need them for the new 4-day split.

they came out to just under $400 (including shipping). Expensive yes but if your going to use them you will get your money's worth. they have payment plans. I actually have their credit card b/c i do own a bowflex as well.

i got this set for my dh a couple of years ago for christmas and i like them. it is nice not to have tons of dumbbells all over the house. they dumbbells are a little bulky is my only complaint.

Are the bowflex handels to bulky for my small hands??? I have the black Weider dumbells, they are to bulky for me hands!! Would you still recommend them??

Hi Belinda...nice meeting you during lunch at the RT!! My hands aren't real small and these are quite comfortable. In some exercises they can be a bit longer than traditional dumbells, but they are just so convenient! I use them about every day...
