bounching back after virus............

Hello Cathe,
I'm so happy to read about you swift recovery and pray that this will continue until you are completely healed.

I am getting back to working out after a virus---fever,chills,cough and some weird numbness in my left leg. As I do your cardo blast, I feel like I have lead in my shoes and I'm quite fatigued. I had fever 11 days, mainly low grade, so I was expecting to feel "weak" for a time. I'm now 3 weeks out from when the fever began. Do you have any ideas/experience about when I will regain my energy? I really want to feel better so I can get back full speed ahead! It is frustrating when I am so tired after doing very little. Not to mention, I have three children under the age 11.

Dear Lorri, I am not Cathe, but please get checked, if you have not already, for lyme disease. Do you have any joint pain associated with your fever?

I never work out with a fever, and usually resume normal workouts a few days after it breaks.

Just some advice. I had lyme disease, and it is commonly mistaken for the flu.
