Bought the spin bike - Now what?

HELP! I am so, so confused! I have read threads here and at VF. Someone just tell me what to do. I just bought a spin bike and now I don't know which workouts to buy.

I know about spinervals, itrain, cardio coach, jay blahnik, mindy mylrea and rob sherman. BUT I'm not sure what to buy. I think I've got information overload and it's causing me to procrastinate buying anything.

I want intense workouts that my husband and I can both enjoy. I am used to spinning in a studio. Based on the spinerval info I have read, I am leaning toward Hillacious because it has the music off option and it is all spinning (no conditioning breaks) and it seems to be a good intensity. Does this sound right for those of you that have done it? Is there another I should consider?

I will probably try icycle and a cardio coach to get a feel for those. Is there one workout on each that is better than others, or are they all about the same?

Should I try the other cycle DVD's (Mindy, Jay, Rob) or just start with the above and see how it goes????

Someone please just tell me what to do. Otherwise I will remain in analysis paralysis and not buy anything.

Thanks!

Spinervals are good training. But without music they can be a bit dull. I have a one-hour "recovery ride" one and a (crazy) 3-hour training one for century rides. The one-hour recovery ride one is dull w/o music.

I think the music on the Spinervals helps motivate me. Maybe it's not the greatest music in the world, but I don't mind it. And I've used the same ones over and over and over and over. And Coach Troy really pushes you. I ride with a gal who used Hillacious over the winter and came out of the "shutes" this spring like a mad woman. It made her really strong. I don't have that one but am definitely going to buy it this winter.

Leslie - how do you like the 3 hour one? I've considered buying that one too. DH tells me for those long rides on the trainer to just use the CompuTrainer b/c then I can watch a movie and the hills and everything are programmed in so I don't have to think about it but just do it. :) I'm still intrigued by the 3 hour Spinervals workout though.
