Bought shrimp...now what??

I bought some frozen shrimp that is fully cooked and deveined. However, I don't have a clue what to do with it! :p I'd like to cook some tonight for myself (but I'm willing to have a little leftover). I don't have a grill (other than a Foreman), so grilling is out. Any ideas on what I can make??

Thanks for your help!

If it's fully cooked I would thaw it out and have a shrimp cocktail or a nice dinner salad. I wouldn't cook it again or it will be tough. Hey, that gives me an idea for dinner!

Another thought--cook up a little pasta and make a light sauce with garlic, olive oil, a pinch of crushed rep pepper flakes, and a couple handfuls of your favorite veggies.

We love it with that Zataran's stuff. I might be spelling it wrong, but you get the idea. They have a yummy beans a rice that we add the shrimp to, and it is sort of cajun type spicy, and the kids love it. That is our lazy meal.

Make a huge Caesar salad and throw some shrimp on top....yummy. Don't cook again if they are fully cooked....they will end up impossibly rubbery.

I buy the frozen jumbo deveined shrimp all the time. Like a previous poster said, it's fully cooked, you just need to heat it up a bit if you want it hot.

I love shrimp scampi over linguine. If you are watching your refined carbs you can have it over salad, or by itself. This is a good recipe. http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_27383,00.html
Just add the thawed shrimp at the last minute to heat it up. You can cut back on the butter, and the recipe I use doesn't use white wine, just use more lemon juice if you want.

This is another good recipe I do all the time--
1. warm a tablespoon of olive oil
2. add 2 or 3 cloves of minced garlic-careful, don't burn the garlic
3. 2 14 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
4. Handful chopped fresh basil
5. salt and pepper
6. Heat the shrimp in sauce
7. Serve over pasta or rice, or alone.
