Bottom of feet burning

Haven't heard of this. Check what is inside your shoes. Could be, you are allergic to something in there.

The idea is to die young as late as possible

I had this a couple years ago, though it would happen at the end of the day. Thought it was athlete's foot! After weeks of agony and many tubes of Lotrimin, I went to the doctor and it turns out my high arches were the cause. I had my feet analyzed at a special shoe store and now just make sure my shoes have the correct support. I hadn't changed shoes, but I think it just caught up to me.

i also had this too. but the burning was on the front padded portion of my foot then it traveled to my three toes. i also went to a podiatrist who suggested shoe inserts. your shoes may be the culprit. try losening the laces of your shoes, .. or skipping a hole while lacing. that worked for me.

Burning, or do they feel like they are falling asleep? When my shoes are laced to tight my toes and ball of the foot go numb. It usually isn't bad enough for me to stop working out, but it is rather annoying! I try to keep my shoes laced every other hole, and that helps. I have to tie pretty tight though or my arches hurt. Geez, all this crazy stuff I deal with just to kick my own butt. Sometimes I wonder why I bother!
Good Luck!

I experience this now and then too. It's the same burning I get when I'm doing a "walkathon" type thing, when my feet are feeling the friction after a period of pounding. I blame the flooring I work out on - it's my concrete basement floor with a pad and rug over it, but it's still "hard". My best solution has been a good pair of socks with a little extra padding in the ball area (I think they might be runners socks - I bought them at Dicks). They've helped immensely with the burning feeling. It might be worth a try. ;)

Where exactly does it burn? Is it one or both feet. Is it toward the front of the foot and radiate to the toes? If it is it could be a morton's neuroma:

I have this. Both feet left was worse than right. Finally got injected and it is much better. I thought I was gonna have to quit doing step. I also were special inserts too.

If it is happening after 15 minutes, every time, then it's likely a pressure issue inside your shoes. Your feet swell up with activity, so when you tie your shoes at the beginning of a workout your feet are one size, and 15 minutes into the workout, they have begun to increase the blood flow in your feet, and your feet get bigger. When they are bigger, the laces that felt fine before your workout will be tighter.

Try lacing your shoes differently, and if that doesn't help go see a podiatrist.
