bootcamp 2x and then Highstep 2x challenge

Hey all,

Got the idea after doing bootcamp 2x that I would try this week to do Highstep challenge 2x and let me tell you...it was a lot harder. I think my legs were exhausted after all those squats at the end of the first round and I didn't think I'd make it past the first circuit of the second round but once I got into the second circuit I got a little more energy. Try it...its a good challenge for the body.

It does go a little quicker once you delete the stretch out of the first round and skip the warm up on round #2...just like bootcamp. I was surprised that the only thing that hurt the next day were my arms. I for sure thought my legs would get it.

Tina- Darn I forgot I was going to do it twice! I did it once then the kickmax intensity blasts. I wish I would have remembered this thread:( I was going to workout again later so maybe I can do it again once. Not sure I could go through it twice then but maybe.....
