I would love to have another bootcamp type workout. maybe with 3minute cardio's for that extra burn. I just love these type of workouts!
 
Hey! I too would LOVE another Bootcamp workout. How about longer, with more cardio/plyos. This workout is awesome...especially if you just do the bootcamp cardio premix. Definately a Kick-Butt killer!! ")

I just did the Bootcamp premix from BMax2, and I have to say I love this type of format also. The only change I would make is to have most of the ab work be standing ab work (perhaps rotational type moves using a medicine ball?), so that we don't have to go from standing to lying on the floor and back up (the last segment can do floor work: chest, abs, etc.). (I also prefer to do the original BootCamp workout as "All but abs" followed by "Abs only" for this same reason.)
