Bootcamp 2 :Extreme Cardio Challenge

I would love to see a Bootcamp 2, total workout time 80-90 minutes with:

1.) 2 sets of cardio blast segments lasting 3 minutes, with 2 different exercises, example:
Ice breakers and high runners.
Then another segment of 3 minute Cardio blasts again with 2 different exercises!!!
NO Break after first set, or after entire set..move right to weight segment.

2.) Each Cardio blast section to be followed by a slightly longer weight segment, with a more intense abdominal segment using a 10-12lb ball

3.) High intensity Hi/lo or Kickbox style cardio segment lasting for 6-8 minutes, with super intense cardio blasts the last 2 minutes of the segment.

Then repeat this entire sequence 4-5 times with different exercises and different weights each time!!!
then a nice relaxing stretch to top it all off!!!

This would be GREAT!!!
