Boot Camp!

I just did Boot Camp for the first time. Wow! What a fun workout! I really loved it. I just recently bought this DVD (which completed my Intensity Series) and I was a little worried about being do Boot Camp -- maybe the name scared me. ;)

I think tomorrow I'll do Muscle Endurance -- I haven't done that one yet, either.

Cathe is THE BEST!!!

Just to add, the Bonus Combo workout on this dvd is really good. It combines both workouts in an hour.
 
ME and BootCamp are both great workouts! ME wiped me out! The first few times my muscles were so exhausted, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to stand to take a shower!
 
Boot Camp and ME are both favorites of mine! You definitely feel like you've been "worked" when you get done and you smile about it! :) :)

I'm excited to do ME tomorrow for the first time. I felt great after doing Boot Camp today. It felt good to know I could do the whole workout (although for some of the exercises I used my 4 lb. med ball -- I'll work up to the 8# for those).

I love when Cathe says, "Just tell yourself you can do ANYTHING for a minute." That kept me going through all the cardio. :7

I'm sure I'll love ME, too.

I was worried about the name Boot Camp too! This one sat on my shelf for a while before I worked up the courage to do it. I was so glad when I finally did! It is truly a "fun" workout. I also love ME as well.:)

Seriously though, I sat here and watched that and ME....and then Step Blast and Step, Jump & Pump. I just bought 4 of her workouts, why do I want to kill myself with 3 more (considering The Classics, too) before I've even tried these other ones!!!

Hi! I just got them myself and did them for the first time this past week. I had to pause on the triceps in Bootcamp, though. Hopefully I'll be able to make it all the way through next time. I think Intensity Series is the best so far, so I'm really excited (and scared) for Hardcore.}(
 
Believe it or not, this was one of the first Cathe's that I did. That and Power Hour - talk about diving in head first! I love BC, and get a little better every time. That's the fun part!
