I read Joanna's inspiring blog post "no pause for menopause" and as soon as I got done reading that, I ordered the book she recommended, "Younger Next Year." I got the "for women" version. I am nearly done reading it and first I want to thank Joanna and second I want to heartily recommend this book too. I have read many, many books about fitness, nutrition, aging well, etc and this is one of the best I've ever read. There is new information in this book which I have never seen anywhere else. Worth a read if you're past age 29 I'd say. And thanks again Joanna - this book actually has gotten me back on track - I had lost focus in my workouts and nutrition and just reading this has re-inspired me all over again.
