I just finished reading this book, and I wanted to let anyone here who may be interested know that I think it's excellent. The subject matter is well-written and easy to understand. Recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and other resources are included. The overall philosophy of this book is to inform the reader how to balance the digestive system in order to achieve one's optimal health and weight.
