Book: Skinny Gut Diet by Brenda Watson


I just finished reading this book, and I wanted to let anyone here who may be interested know that I think it's excellent. The subject matter is well-written and easy to understand. Recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and other resources are included. The overall philosophy of this book is to inform the reader how to balance the digestive system in order to achieve one's optimal health and weight. I have liked Brenda Watson for a while, she's a pretty smart cookie. I saw her on TV recently talking about this book and the idea of gut flora causing weight gain &/or loss depending on how you "feed" it. More support from a different angle for whole foods & more plants based diet.
