Book Recommendations

Okay all you educated ladies out there. I am looking for a good "fitness and nutrition" book. I have researched a little into Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, Body For Life, Eating For Life, Bob Green's Total Body Makeover, and Gunnar Peterson's G-Force. I guess my question is, have any of you read these, and if so which one do you recommend? I've heard good things about Burn the Fat, but I'm not too keen on the whole "E-Book" thing. I would really appreciate any suggestions, including any I haven't listed would be great!!

Thanks,

Katie

Hi Katie!

Out of all the books you listed, the only one I own is Eating for Life. I think it is a great book! It gives you background on how to eat and why, but it's mostly recipes. Don't get me wrong, the recipes are good and it's the book I turn to first when trying to figure out dinner. The recipes are healthy, simple and use normal ingredients. If I can make it anyone can!! Plus my husband raves over the salmon and the chili from this book. They are our new favorites!

I know others have this book as well, so I'm sure you will get more opinions.

I highly recommend it!

Hi,

I have Body for Life and the Food Doctor. Both contain good recipes and decent logical advice for eating healthy forever. No fad diet books. Hopw this helps.
