I am in week 4 and have seen a benefit I was not expecting. My flexibility has improved quite a bit. I have been doing the extended stretch after every workout. I was worried I would get bored with it after 3 weeks but I seem to enjoy it more each time. I had a heck of a time with pigeon pose the first week and now I'm amazed how far I can extend. Thanks to Cathe for including the extended stretch.
