Bone Broth

Does anyone drink bone broth on a regular basis and if so have you seen any remarkable results?

I have always heard of the benefits, but didn't eat meat for a very long time. Now I have incorporated meat back into my diet and am incorporating bone broth. I just started last night. I am not sure how much to drink, so am starting with 1-2 cups per day (plus any I use in recipes).

When you drink it plain, do you add anything? Herbs, veggies?
