BodyRX - Questions??

I'm trying to find a website for BodyRX that will give me a little overview of the program. I'm very interested in doing that program, but I don't want to run out and get the book unless I know it's something that I could do.

Can anybody help?

Has anybody had good luck on the program?

Hi Marcia! You can join all of us at leanandstrong.com or go to groups.msn.bodyrxvillage.com or even go directly to Dr. Connelly's site bodyrx.com & you'll be able to see an overview of it.

Get the book like I did at the library & xerox all the pertinent pages. Read it & then come join all of us! Its a great program! Kathy
