Bodypump video

I was thinking about buying this tape. I have read all the reviews on VF, but was wanting to know a little more about this tape. Is it comparable to MIS or the PS series?

Hi, Ipurchased the video and barbell last Christmas at Walmart. However, I was very disappointed. It is in no way comprable to Cathe. Once you've gone Cathe....you can never go back. Hope this helps.

Thanx for the input Jackie. I kinda figured it wouldn't compare to Cathe, guess I just needed to hear it from somone else. I am thinking of getting HiLo Heaven. Just want something different to add to my rotations, with no disappointments attached:)

I know what you mean, Jackie....

....when you say "once you've gone Cathe you can never go back"....I started out a few years ago using ONLY Firm tapes, till a year or so ago when I branched out into Cathe tapes. I have been so hooked on ONLY Cathe tapes for a long time now. Recently I felt like I needed to shake up my routine, so I did a Firm tape.....and although I am feeling the floor work in my hamstrings and glutes, the rest of the workout made me feel like I was "cheating" by doing a "too easy" video. Cardiovascularly it just felt like it wasn't enough. I guess when I need to shake up my routine, I'll just create a new Cathe rotation instead.

go for HLH

HLH is a great non-Cathe choice, for when I'm feeling like being a little dancy, it's intense but not as athletic or "muscly" :D
isn't it nice that we can get each other's opinion/reviews before buying, it sure saves a lot of hassle and disappointments!

RE: go for HLH

I agree. It is a fun tape, just not as intense as a Cathe tape. I do it on days when I can't make it through a Cathe tape. I find it to be alot of fun.
