hey could someone who teaches body pump tell me the format for body pump are they all the same ? i have a cd for body pump 50 i want to use at home and i am sort of familar with the routine. i would like to know for a alternate workout..thanks

Hey Boxer!!! Got yer hands on a little bootleg huh!?! ;-)

The format for each BodyPump release is the same, warmup, squats, chest, glutes and hams, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, abs and stretch. Each release mixes it up some, 50's bicep work is slower than usual but the clean and press is a faster pace than usual. If you have an ear for music (8 counts, 32 count phrases) you will probably be able to work each muscle group to exhaution without having the choreography as released. Even without the actual choreography the music works beautifully with weight work. If you have PowerHour you will have a very good idea of how you should feel at the end of each track. Have fun getting PUMPED!!!:)

Take Care

thanks!!! actually my friend let me burn her cd from a health club she works at . I just want to use it ay home only when i cant get to the club Thanks Again

I've been a Body Pump instructor for 5 years and although the Body Pump workouts follow the same format, the choreography, repetitions and tempo changes for each track vary with each new release. On another note, as a group exercise director with over 15 Body Pump instructors on my staff, each certified Body Pump instructor must purchase their own music, CD and DVD each quarter. It is illegal to burn CDs and your instructor friend could get in serious trouble for doing this.

by the way it was not an instuctor it was a person who handles the entys DONT BE SO UPTIGHT>>>> They use to sell the whole thing on college video I know people who have some of that too. Its just for my personal use so relax.
