bodymax substitute?

I am trying my first rotation this month and I need a substitute for bodymax and bodymax2. I have most of the fit tv workouts and I have the Imax3, 4DS, B&G, and Cardio Fusion dvds. I was thinking of doing all of the bodymax segments from Cardio Fusion but don't know what to add to it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the original bodymax and it is very long. It's 90 min and is made up of a step routine, then leg blast drills also on the step but with weights as well and then an upper body 25 min workout with abs. I don't have Cardio Fusion so I'm not sure how much it has on it but I would recommend maybe the first half of Imax 3 and then a weights for the upper body or full body for that matter. Hope that helps a little.

Hmmm...

Body Max and Body Max 2 are, roughly, a 8 min warm up, 25 min of steady state step, 20 min. of step/leg circuits, 20 min of upper body work, followed by 8 min of abs, and then a well-deserved stretch.

Based on the DVDs you have, you could do the LIS step segment, then the Body Max 2 circuit segment from Cardio Fusion. After each blast, pause the player and do a leg movement (i.e.: 32 squats, 32 plie squats, 16 static lunges on each leg, 16 alternating lunges, etc). You could also do 4 intervals from Imax 3, again, pausing the tape after each interval to do a leg movement. After the leg circuits, do 20 min. of upper body work, then an ab segment. Lots of disc changing, I know, but you should feel pretty darn proud once it's all said and done.
