I prefer to do the body max tape ove 2 days since I only have one hour to work out. I do the step and interval parts one day. And then I might do the step again ( or another form of cardio) and the upper body section the next day.
I have had the tape for a few years and will put it away for a month or two and then do it 2x week for a month or two.
I do recommend getting this tape.
