Bodymax Programmed Circuit Style on DVD

I have continued to mix up my workouts while awaiting the BodyBlast DVDs in the mail. This morning I wanted to work out my Upper Body, but wanted some cardio in there too. So I programmed the following workout on my DVD. I chose to fast forward the short leg work on the power circuits, but did the cardio part of them. I felt totally pumped today, and it didn't kill me (as the whole workout would)!

BodyMax

Title.Chapter

3.3 warm-up (8:00)
3.5 - power circuit #1 (3:45)
3.11 - dumbbell chest press (1:30)
3.12 - barbell chest press (1:15)
3.6 - power circuit #2 (3:30)
3.14 - dumbbell lat rows (2:00)
3.15 - wide grip barbell pulls (1:30)
3.7 - power circuit #3 (4:00)
3.16 - rear delt flys (1:30)
3.17 - db military press (1:00)
3.19 - db lateral raise (3:00)
3.8 - power circuit #4 (4:00)
3.21 - db hammer curls (1:00)
3.22 - bb crazy 8's (1:15)
3.23 - hammer rotation curls 1:30)
3.9 - power circuit #5 (4:45)
3.24 - close grip bench press (1:15)
3.25 - tricep extensions (1:00)
3.27 - kickbacks (2:15)
3.29 - stretch (4:00)

This workout works out to exactly 20 chapters, the most i can program on my DVD player. I did not count the exact length, but it was definitely under an hour. It flowed pretty well, and I'll do it again.

Enjoy!

Jennifer this looks good! After you posted the Imax2/C&W program, I took out my user manual and finally figured out how to program my DVD player. Now I'll be programming like crazy. DVD technology....gotta love it!

Keep 'em coming!

I can't wait to see what you come up with on the BB's.

Congrats Vicki!

I'm so glad my posts are getting read, 'cause I really want to share the excitement of making your own workout!

I hesitate on using technology at first as well, but I've learned to just jump in. Now I gotta figure out my digital camera before the holidays start...:)

I still didn't get my BB DVDs yet...Grrr...
