Body weight workout?

I keep hearing about the effectiveness of body weight exercises and wondered if Cathe would be interested in producing a workout like this. It could involve the stability ball. I'm thinking of exercises like decline push ups with various hand positions, that upside down shoulder press (what is it called?), dips, planks, one-legged leg presses, floor leg work with the ball, perhaps a few yoga moves, lower back extensions. This would make a great change from usual weight workouts, and would also be really good for traveling. I can't think of anything for biceps though...
