Read the book & have incorporated the eating plan into my life. I'm sticking with using my tapes unmodified (except to fit my own abilities). I think the dr. that wrote the book had some really good thoughts on nutrition. My dh is trying the workout as written. Unfortunately, he had a shoulder injury that has set him back, so no results yet.
Post your questions, someone here will probably be able to help! This is a very educated crowd, even if just through trial & error. I've gotten really good advice from them & can assure you that you will too.
