I've heard that Body Rx and BFL are similiar in style, so I don't want to buy both books. Having no knowledge really of either, I'm hoping you guys can't point me in the right direction. How do the two compare, and which one tends to offer up the most results? I don't want to give up my cardio, but do need the drive and structure of some solid weight work and nutrional guidance. Can you all offer some insight as to which one tends to be the better program?
