Body RX and Cathe Question...

Hi! For those of you doing Body Rx, how did you modify the workouts using Cathe?? I know the book stresses going to the gym, but that's just not an option for me.

The book also stresses that nutrition is the key here. So i think if you just do Cathe's weight training workouts in split fashion (ie - upper body one day, lower body the next, rest a day or so and repeat) you'd be fine. He stresses weight training and no cardio. I think the plan is pretty solid and the nutrition concept pretty spot on. Good luck.
