I recently moved to Nairobi, Kenya which has meant that I can no longer attend my bodypump classes. Do you know if there is a DVD I can order to do bodypump in my house. I'm desperate. Please advise. Thank you very much.
If you like BodyPump, a good Cathe workout that is similar to it is "Power Hour". This workout comes on the same DVD as "Maximum Intensity Strength" and "Body Max", two of Cathe's other classics.
