Body Pump

Suggestions please! I want to order a Body Pump video and the weights. I've seen it on collage and also seen it on the Body Pump website. Are these 2 different videos. Which one is better. Body Pump web site has free shipping and is $89.00. Collage is $79.00 plus shipping. Also which one is similar to Cathe's class? Thanks for your help.

Hi Mar.

As far as I know, Body Pump has only produced one video. (Which makes sense, since its a licensed, franchised program sold to fitness clubs all over the world.)

I bought just the video from Collage -- I already had a barbell, so I can't speak for the Body Pump equipment as to quality or durability. The Body Pump video is fun -- great music and visually interesting -- and has a great techniques session at the end of the tape. I also have Cathe's Power Hour -- which is more challenging physically but doesn't have the music, visuals, or Kiwi accents. : )

P.S. If anyone knows if Body Pump has put out more than its original video -- please let us all know!
