Body Pump rotation

Just wondering if anyone has tried a rotation like this?

all I have right now are the ME and Power Hour but am interested in getting Body Pump, CIA 2102 Power Bar Training and combining them in a weekly rotation. I hear of such great results from people who do Body Pump and wondered if this would be something that I could do at home. I was thinking 3 days a week do a Body Pump type workout and then cardio/treadmill on the other days.

What do you all think?

Body Pump in a live class is sooooo much fun! I had a favorite instructor and she was truly sadistic but in a funny way. She happened to be my favorite spinning instructor too. She would do an hour of spinning and drag us off to Body Pump straight after. Can you imagine how soaked we were and ugly when we come from the dimly lit studio to the aerobics one? We looked GHASTLY.
That being said, she wouldn't recommend Body Pump more than 2x/week or for long rotations. Something about the reps being too much on the joints. She said 100 or more squats shouldn't be the base of your lifting regimen but BP is good to shake things up every now and then.

Definite thumbs up for Body Pump and CIA Powerbar Training to go with Power Hour.

I think R Lam is right on the money for the rotation being only 2 times a week instead of 3 -- Body Pump has a lot of reps thrown in in a short period of time. (Its my favorite "time crunch" workout -- about 45 minutes from start to finish.)

CIA Powerbar is terrific. (Actually, its my current favorite workout.) Its a much longer workout (75 mins.), but it zips right along. I really love the "non-stop" pace of both tapes.

I've been on a MIS, Power Hour, CTX Upper Body, Body Pump, CIA Powerbar, and Tough Tape rotation for the last few weeks now. I only lift twice a week, but I have noticed strength gains in my "weakest links" (shoulders).

If you love your barbell like I love mine, you gotta get BP and CIA PBT for your collection.
