I'm working on my endurance and would love to add Body Max to my rotation. My physical therapist has banned lunges (squats are OK--it's just a restriction on lifting weight with the hip flexor stretched) so I'm trying to figure out some substitutions. So far I have:
ball squats against the wall
step-ups on 13" step
I also have ankle weights. My question is this: what other leg exercises would you suggest? I'm assuming that sitting down in the midst of those intervals (i.e. to do leg extensions with the ankle weights) would not be such a good idea.
