Body Max 2 subs

I was tring to figure out a sub for body max 2. I have cardio fusion which I believe has cardio from the same series. I thought I could do that with the weight only portion from bootcamp.

Does anyone have any thoughts for me? Thanks, Melissa
 
Hi Melissa,
You could do Low Impact Circuit which has step portions, blasts and then weight work, and add on an express pre-mix from Upper Body Trisets to equal 30 minutes. That should get you to about 95 minutes of lower body, step and upper body, which is what Body Max 2 is.

Thanks for the reply Eva. I don't have low impact circuit. anyhow, I still have 5 more weeks of 90 day rotation. Lots of time to plan, thanks again.
