Body Max 2 Song Title?

Does anyone know who does the second song on this DVD and the title? The one with the word "America" in it? I am totally addicted to this DVD. The moves and the music are inspiring. That said, it kicks butt!!
 
Thank you sooooooooo much!! Cathe's music is always very good, but I think this DVD music mix is the best. It totally gets me psyched every time.
 
BM2 has awesome music!
