Body Improvements

Hi All,
Just wondering which body part(s) for you have shown the most improvement since you started working out? Also which body part(s) have resisted your best efforts.
I'd have to say, in the last 3 months since I started Cathe strength workouts, my belly and hips have shown the most improvement, slimming down by 3" each (yippee!).
My thighs and arms are being the most stubborn. Although I have lost 1/2" from each thigh and 1" from my arms, they are still not as cut as I would like.
How about you guys?

Being one of those people who gains weight evenly all over, everything seems to come down at about the same rate, one week it'll be a .5-1 inch off the bottom half, the next a .5-1 inch off the top half. It kinda goes back and forth like that. But I'd have to say the greatest degree of definition is probably in my upper body. The "emerging" muscles show a little better in my shoulders/arms/upper back than anywhere else at this point.

I think I've seen an improvement overall with loss of bodyfat overall, like you Donna. But... the muscle coming through has made nice changes to my legs recently... I love the line of the quadricep and hamstring muscles. Now if I could just get my arms to follow suit!

Im just the opposite of you, my arms look great, but that darn ol stomach just wont cooperate!! I think three babies and three c-sections dont help much. But I feel great, and LOVE working out to Cathe tapes, so I guess thats what really counts (I just keep telling myself that)!!

Most improvement = Legs
Least improvement = Abs (of course). Yep, I'm gonna have to blame it on 3 babies close together at an advanced age and 2 sections. Plus, I'm a great big 'ole apple anyhoo.

My arms are great, abs are flat, legs are better than ever, but still have a layer of fat, and nothing short of nuclear armageddon is going to change my butt, I think.
 
My arms have really gotten strong and visibly more cut. My chest has more meat to it as well now (in a good way). My quads have grown unbelievably hard and big as my pants fit tight the day after I work legs, but I run regularly so I'm assuming that will counter the bulking I'm seeing. I hope!
My butt has experienced almost NO change since I've been serious about Cathe strength workouts for the last 4-5 months. It might just be such a small change that I can't see it, but it's frustrating. I'll keep with the heavy weights though and just be patient.
