Body Fusion-step height

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to Cathe's workouts and just have started with the Basic Step & Body Fusion DVD.

In the Basic Step one, various people are using various step heights, from just the 4" step to 6" to 8", and Cathe even mentions the 8" max during the workout. In the Body Fusion, though, everyone is using one rise for a 6" height. Do you know whether there's any problem with going up to an 8" height on it? I'm guessing 8" would be the most, but since nobody even has that much in the video, should I max out at 6" for this one?

Thanks! Is there any problem with eventually working up to 8" once I've got things down? I was just surprised that none of the other people had the 8" height.

Thanks much! I thought it was probably okay to go up to 8, but good to know that someone else has the same opinion. Looking forward to being in that good a shape!
