Thanks jessica,coming back from hip bursitis so have to keep it low impact for now.Have you tried the low impact step and total body sculpting or low impact circuit ,i know there mentioned in the rotation.I also like the look of travel fit.

Yes, I have the low impact step and like that one too. For me, that was way more challenging. You may want to try the basic without the step and add the riser when you feel your ready! I am sorry to hear about the bursitis...sounds like your eager to get going with the workouts!! I dont blame you, but take it real easy! I have my eye on the travel fit too...we are going to Florida in March and fear I may fall out of this exercise routine I am already feeling the anxiety! I may just download it OR purchase the dvd. Are you doing any weights? I Love the total Body sculpting and its perfect because its included on the low impact step! something to consider. These have helped me a great deal to progress further and feel like I am actually accomplishing a goal I hope this helps a little!
