Body Fusion and ME

Hi all! For anyone who is interested in a new combo - today I mixed the Body Fusion cardio with ME and had a really good workout. Since each tape has three sections, they matched up very nicely. I did the step combo #1 from BF, then went right to ME leg press #1 and so on for the three sections. Just wanted to share. I am always looking for ways to mix things up because I have been getting bored lately. Doing something new keeps my interest....

I'm curious (and lazy as I could probably figure it out for myself:p ), but how long did this take? Did you do all of ME or just the leg portions?

I did all of ME, except the warm-up. I did the warm up from Body fusion and the stretch from ME. Probably took a little less than an hour and 1/2....
