I have been reading alot about this BFL plan, I know we do not discuss diets here, but I am curious to find out if anybody has done it, and what kind of results they have achieved. I am also interested in finding out about the weight training, I think it works as a set of increaseing weight and decreasing reps. If anybody has any info they would like to share, I would love to hear more before I condsider looking into purchasing the book.
 
I havent read the book, but I have seen it at the library...I live at the library, when I'm not working out to Cathe of course :)

Belle, if you do a search, you should find several discussions about BFL including how people approached the exercise aspect while using Cathe's tapes. Diet & nutrition topics are not banned here (that's Video Fitness). We do keep it civil inspite of the strong opinions.

I'm waiting for my copy of BFL to arrive in the mail. I got a really good deal on E-Bay for it! Needless to say I haven't read the book yet, but I know 3 people who have had quick and amazing results with this program. I can't wait to start!
