After searching and reading all the previous BFL posts, I really want to give this program a try. While I'm very happy with my upper body, no matter what I do my lower body just doesn't want to "give in" and I'm thinking my diet is now my biggest obstacle to face.
Anyway, I want to buy the book to read up on it, but there's two available and one is geared towards Women. Would you buy the original, the Women's version, or both?
