Body for Life cardio plan

Could someone refresh me on the 20 minute cardio plan that is in the Body for Life? Isn't it something like 2 minutes warmup, 2 slow, 2 medium 2 fast then 2 medium then 2 fast (i.e. running)? I couldn't find the book at the library and thought I knew what it was and am thinking about incorporating it into my workouts, but am drawing a blank. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hope this makes sense. This is what I could make out of his explanation:

2 min.-WU-level 5
1 min.-level 6
1 min.-level 7
1 min.-level 8
1 min.-level 9
1 min.-level 6 (A relatively moderate level)

REPEAT that 3X, but on the last cycle, (between the 18th. & 19th. minute,) don't stop at level 9, GO FOR a 10!

Bring it down to a level 5 for 1 minute and you're done! Hope this helps. I have the book but have never done the workout! My son used the program and had great results.
