Good Morning Everyone,
Well, the last time that I had checked yesterday,I was still the last person to check in.Alot as happened since I last looked.Thats why I didn't bother to start a new one.I always seem to start them first b/c I think I am the first one up,with the time difference and all.But if anyone else wants to start them go right ahead:) There are probably going to be days when I can't get to a computer.
Anyway,I did PLB yesterday.No cardio.I wanted to do cardio but I am also afraid that I could be doing to much and my body will not let go of its fat storage:-( But my buns are so sore today! MY legs aren't but they were sore most of last week.
I also had a wonderful nights sleep last night.We went to bed at 12 and I didn't get up until 9. I think sleep is going to be very important in the next 12 weeks as well, so that the body can heal itself.
Eating as been so-so.I am hungry in the morning and right up until noonish.Then when it is time for my 3:00 snack and then dinner at 6:00,I am not hungry.And I REALLY don't think my portion sizes have been very big.I have added it up and I am eating around 1200cals.
There is still to many easter eggs in the house.They are going slowly but not fast enough.
Thats about it for me.I am going to do the BFL run in a little while, and I am also going for a run tonight when I get off of work.That run will probably be about an hour or so.I have been doing interval running off and on since christmas ( I got a treadmill) and I have also been mixing runs with Imax 2.You wouldn't beleive how much it as increased my endurnace.SO stick to those BFL runs b/c you will see a differnce in the end.

Good morning Lori! I just posted on the 4/12 thread. It sounds like you are doing great on BFL. This week it has been hard trying to not eat sweets. My cravings are horrible and I've caved a few times. I've also noticed that when I eat pasta I still feel hungry and that I crave sweets even more. Needless to say I guess I will be limiting my pasta intake and seeing how I do, but in the meantime I have some leftovers to get out of the fridge before I can do that. I've been trying to keep an eye on how many calories I consume, it is roughly between 1300-1500 calories, when I don't eat any of those dreaded sweets. Not too bad. For some reason I thought it would be more. I guess it must be the eating 5-6 meals a day that got me to thinking about an abundance of calories. Big misconception!

Today will be PUB/PLB Premix and abs. I am still sore from Monday's work out. Even though the scale has not moved, I know too early to tell, my body does feel stronger and my abs look a little flatter. Might be all in my mind, but I'll take encouragement where I can get it.

I know what you mean about the sweets.I haven't really been craving them but they are everywhere in this house! I can't throw them out b/c they are my daugthers easter eggs.I know its gonna take forver for her to eat them. Other then that I did have a small craving yesterday that a tiny bit of aero bar fixed:eek: One of my co-workers opened a bar and I took off a little piece and bit it 3 times.When I was eating my last bit she had her bar gone! I said " did you even taste that?" I had about 3/4 of an inch and she ate the rest of the bar that fast.I don't understand why people eat so fast, she wasn't going anywhere but I think she thought something was gonna come down from the ceiling and steal her bar:7
Anyway,I just finished a 20 min run (BFL)and I did S,J&P abs.That was is tough! If I go for my run tonight I am going to do PUB abs when I get home.I HAVE to get back into the ab work.I use to work my abs everyday a couple of years ago and last year I barely worked them at all.

Hello everyone,

Stupid question, is this the new name for the month? I don't think I've posted in a couple of days so I could be wrong. Sometimes I just don't have alot to say (ya know?). Anyway, this week has been OK. Yesterday we had chocolate cake for one of my co-workers birthday. I ate the whole piece even though it wasn't that great. I hate when I do that. Monday was kickboxing/floor cardio/weights and Tuesday was Body Bar class. Tonight I'm not sure about because it's TTOM and I HATE!!! having to wear a maxi when I workout because I sweat so much (and I can't wear tampons). I usually wear thongs under my pants but I can't with a pad. Plus I'm crampy. So many excuses, I am so picky ,I should just go and forget it. I might just take the dog for a walk at least that would be doing something. Oh well, have a great day.

I also posted on the other thread – oops! I have a question for you guys – I’m doing PUB, PLB then on cardio days, some sort of challenging step tape. Should I keep this rotation for the entire duration of the BFL challenge, or switch up the rotation more? I feel like by doing the same tapes each week I may not see any changes? What rotations are you guys doing? Plus, I’m only doing the up pyramids – should I do the whole thing?

Kim- I’m in the same boat with you as far as the TTOM – and they do make pads for thongs, which are awesome. I don’t like tampons either so these are a the best.
 
I'm getting back in the game, slowly but surely. Things at home are calming down and the Dobe is on his way to recovery. I feel like I can start getting back on track again. Yesterday eats were great and my goal today:
again clean eats
get water in
do something tonight. I don't care what it is. Haven't worked out in a week now.

Bill suggests rotating exercises every 4 weeks. I get the best results doing strict BFL. But if I use tapes, I usually do 4 weeks S&H, 4 weeks BFL and 4 weeks pyramids.

Thank you! I tend to get quite stressed and hystercial with home stress so it was derfinitely a nightmare. I count my blessings several times a day that he survived. The other dog that came in that night with gastric torsion did not survive :(

He is doing well. On bed rest, got pneumonia from aspirating and has about an 8" incision down his belly (OUCH!). But he seems ok. Appetite is good and does a lot of sleeping but on the road to recovery.

Hi -

I have done pretty well with the eating, except I had a cup of coffee with (gasp! ) cream and sugar after dinner because I had loads to do and was dead tired.

This morning I did all of PUB, with a Firm 5 day ab segment. At lunch I did the BFL 20 min cardio on the treadmill. Man, was I dripping with sweat after that one.

Tomorrow is either Tae Bo or KPC and some abs.

My big sweet craving will hit in about an hour and they have put Reese's Peanut Butter cups in the vending machine here at work.
